  • Provider Gift Cards Ingestion: Led the full-cycle planning and development of a robust and automated gift card synchronization system, enabling a daily catalog refresh of over 1000 products without any manual intervention.
  • Integrated End To End Testing Framework: Implemented a table-driven end-to-end testing framework and automated regression suite achieving 80%+ coverage, increasing test accuracy, improving code testability, and ensuring reliable releases with significantly fewer production issues.
  • Contextual Campaigns: Authored technical specifications and designed a scalable architecture for Contextual Systems and Multi-Program Systems, delivering ₹3 Cr+ GMV impact and enabling partnership with various merchants including CRED, Axis Bank.
  • Payments and Refunds Integration: Designed and integrated a scalable payment-processing system with orders to buy rewards, using multiple payment instruments and strategies like Card, Razorpay Wallet.
  • Alert Rationalization: Spearheaded an alert rationalization initiative that revamped the alerting system, transforming the alert triggers by 90% which involved fixing underlying issues and performing in-depth analysis to eliminate root causes of noisy alerts.
  • Developed Rewards Marketplace Order Flows: Built and owned order module of Rewards Marketplace for S2S and PWA, including orchestration and state management of order life-cycle, with cross-service dependencies and gRPC-based communication, delivering ₹40 Cr+ annual GMV from various platforms like IRCTC and Amazon.
  • PCI - DSS Certification: Executed security-critical changes like AWS KMS integration for secured card credentials, and implementing compliant security features, including login rate-limiting (max 3 login attempts/hour) and password history enforcement (blocking reuse of last 4 passwords).

Optimized key API endpoints by 30% through cursor-based pagination for doctor listings to support infinite scrolling, which improved API responsiveness and enhanced overall user experience.
  • Homecook: Contributed to backend development for Homecook, a platform connecting users with nearby homecooks. Integrated Razorpay as a secure payment gateway and implemented Google Maps APIs (Geocode and Maps JavaScript API) to improve delivery location accuracy and connect geo-coordinates with the application database, resulting in more reliable order routing and reduced delivery-related errors.
